Welcome to our home renovation services. By accessing or using our website, services, or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide professional renovation services including basement, kitchen, bathroom, flooring, carpentry, electrical, and full home remodels. All services are subject to written agreements and approved estimates.

2. Estimates & Payments

Estimates provided are valid for 30 days. Payments are due as per the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement. We reserve the right to withhold services in case of overdue payments.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure clear site access, obtain necessary permits, and disclose any known issues with the property (e.g. structural, plumbing, electrical).

4. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty of workmanship for 1 year from project completion. Materials and fixtures are covered by the respective manufacturer warranties.

5. Liability

While we take utmost care in all projects, we are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or issues beyond our scope of work.

6. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes to the project scope must be documented in writing and may incur additional costs. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and may result in forfeiture of deposits.
